The direct route from the International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” to the port of Lavrio is 45mns (by car). If there’s very little time between flight arrival and departure of ferry, we can send a taxi for support you immediately without waiting in the airport arrivals hall (this does not change the tarif).

Your boat leaves from Lavrio. Crossings are frequent in the summer. The passage from Lavrio to Kea lasts exactly 1 hour and leaves each morning from Lavrio. The number of ferries the afternoon/evening varies depending on the season, but there is always at least between 1 and 5 boats per day. It is not necessary to book tickets to passengers in advance. Tickets can be purchased the same day on site at the port of Lavrio. The price of the ticket per person is about 11 euros go. If you want to be sure that a taxi is waiting on your arrival, we can handle your reservation (this does not change the tarif). We recommend to our guests rent a car for their stay in Kea. Our island is large and there is little public transport. Taxis are available, but often reluctant to drive to some destinations. Keep in mind that many roads in Kea are unpaved and scooters may not be the safest choice. If you plan to rent a car for your stay, there is a local rental agency here and we can call to book for you. Airport car rentals are cheaper on the spot, but during the summer, remember to reserve your place in advance on the ferry, we can also do this for you. The price of the car place to the ferry crossing is approximately 45 euros one-way. In July, August and Friday it is necessary to book in advance for a car.

To come to La Maison Vert Amande, take the paved road in the direction of Kastriani on 10 kms, and then a Panel on left hand indicates Spathi (5kms). The road is not asphalted, but of good quality. The Green Almond House is located in 2nd line less than 100 meters from the beach of Spathi (one of the most beautiful beaches of the island). The price of the taxi to La Maison Vert Amande is 28 Euros one-way. We can if you wish and if you do not rent car, make your transfer from the port of Korissia Green Almond House. • RESERVATIONS: Any reservation request by phone or email will be confirmed in writing.
  It will be definite only upon receipt of full payment for the stay.

• It is imperative that the client phones the owner in advance to arrange check-in time. Without this prior phone call the owner does not guarantee to be present to accommodate the client.

• CANCELLATION: If the accommodation booking is cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the fee of the total amount is refund. Beetwen 30 days and the arrival day 100% of the full amount of the stay is due. If the traveler arrives and decides to leave before the scheduled date, the nights not spent and paid for the room, are not reimbursed.
